Meet Dr. Hamilton Sporborg

Dr. Sporborg graduated from the Baltimore College of Dental Surgery, University of Maryland. He established his private dental practice in Chatham in 1992. Dr. Sporborg has practiced both surgical and restorative dentistry for over 30 years. He utilizes multiple implant systems and surgical procedures to ensure optimum results for each individual patient.

He believes that the most important part of providing quality dental care is to listen to and understand the patient’s needs and desired outcome for their mouth. In order to ensure that he is providing the best care possible, he attends continuing education courses each year and uses the most current, state-of-the-art techniques and equipment. His staff reflect his commitment to providing quality care and his patient-centered philosophy.

Dr. Sporborg has served four years on the Admissions and Credentialing Committee and twelve years as a board examiner for the American Academy of Implant Dentistry. He has also held the position of Chairman of the Cape Cod District Dental Society and has chaired multiple committees for the annual Yankee Dental Congress in Boston.
